Ross is a retail superstar and has many retail locations across Florida from beach stores to collectible stores. When he saw a specialty children’s clothing store called for sale in his neck of the woods he just had to add this store to his collection! The store had such an fanatical following from so many Florida mothers that Ross figured it was a no-brainer. He knew he could also take it to the next level!

Now Ross had four affiliate companies all with multiple locations under each affiliate so there was a lot of underwriting and verification that we had to do to say the least. We always have to make sure that all the affiliates along with the current store being purchased has sufficient cashflow to service all debt on a what we bankers call a “global scale”. It just takes a little bit more work and effort to run the numbers and then verify everything with this many companies involved.

In the end it all worked out and Ross has a great new addition to his retail empire in the sunshine state! I’m sure he will build this children’s store to even greater levels than its founder!
