Business Loan Programs

The SBA 7(a) loan program is for all owner-occupied business. The proceeds can be used for acquisitions, refinancing existing loans including debt consolidation, rehab, construction, working capital and equipment purchases.
The SBA 504 loan program is for all owner – occupied businesses. The proceeds can be used for fixed-asset acquisitions, construction, and refinancing debt.
USDA - B&I
The USDA – B&I program is for investor and owner-occupied businesses in towns with <50,000 in population. The proceeds can be used for acquisitions, refinance and construction.
UNSECURED COMMERCIAL LINE OF CREDIT
The Unsecured Commercial Lines of Credit are for working capital for new and existing businesses.
REVENUE BASED SMALL DOLLAR LOAN
The Revenue Based Small Dollar loan program is for most businesses. The proceeds can be used for working capital, growth and inventory. This program is based on a business’ cash flow.
SMALL LOAN APR
The Small Loan APR program is for businesses needing additional working capital, growth capital, inventory and equipment. This program requires a minimum of 2 years in business – no startups.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE FACTORING
Accounts Receivable Factoring program is for businesses needing additional working capital. Industries that take the most advantage of this program are: oil & gas, printing, manufacturing, temporary staffing, telecommunications, transportation, distributors, janitorial, construction, and many more.
PURCHASE ORDER FINANCING
Purchase Order Financing is for businesses needing additional working capital to help start or grow a business – these funds are used for material purchases needed to complete the PO’s you have received
ASSET BASED LENDING
The Asset Based Lending program is for businesses that are rich in assets which have experienced financial obstacles. The proceeds can be used for working capital, refinance, and acquisitions

Credit Tenant Leases are Triple Net’s (NNN) for properties with credit rated tenants.

The CUSO loan program is for investment properties nationwide looking to acquire or refinance properties.
